Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to every user of Yiff AI (the “Service”) and supplements our Terms of use.

1. Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, share, request or attempt to generate:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including stylized, anthro, cub, or age-ambiguous-but-clearly-childlike subjects. Zero tolerance.
Non-consensual sexual content depicting recognizable real persons (deepfakes).
Photorealistic bestiality involving real animals.
Content promoting terrorism, mass violence, or designed to dehumanize a protected group (race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability).
Content soliciting or facilitating illegal activity, including the sale of illegal goods or services.
Doxxing, stalking, harassment, or threats against any individual.
Malware, phishing, or other security-abusing content.

2. Prohibited behavior

Attempting to bypass safety filters, rate limits, or paywalls.
Automated access, scraping, or reselling of the Service or its outputs without prior written authorization.
Using one account for commercial-scale resale to multiple third parties.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract model weights.
Operating multiple accounts to evade bans, abuse the affiliate program, or stack free quotas.

3. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: remove offending content, set an image to private, restrict features, suspend or terminate the account, and report to law enforcement when legally required. Hard-rule violations (Section 1) result in immediate permanent ban without refund.

4. Reporting

Any visitor or user can report a public image via the Report button on the image page. For any other violation, email [email protected] with the image URL or offending content and a short description. We review within 72 hours.

5. Appeals

If your account is suspended and you believe the decision was a mistake, reply to the notification email within 30 days with a justification. We will reconsider the decision in good faith but reserve the right to maintain it.

6. Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes are announced on the website and take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of the Service after that date is acceptance.
