Data Collection and Use

We collect minimal data:

• Account Data: Email (login/subscription), payment details are processed by Finby. If you choose automatic renewal, Finby keeps your card on file and we store only an encrypted reference to it, the card brand and its last four digits
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, error diagnostics
• Prompts/Images: stored for the retention period of your plan; not used for AI training unless you explicitly contribute an image via the “Contribute to training” button (see “AI Training Data” below)

Data Storage and Security

Data on EU servers with encryption. Absolute security not guaranteed.

Emails We Send

We use your email address for three kinds of messages:

• Service emails: receipts, password resets and security notices. They are part of running your account and cannot be turned off.
• Reminders: notices around the end of your plan, a reminder after a checkout you did not finish, at most two when your active plan has gone unused for a while, and at most two invitations to come back after a paid plan ends. Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn them all off in Settings > Emails.
• Newsletter: only if you opted in when signing up. Each issue has its own unsubscribe link.

We never put your images or your prompts in an email, and we never sell your address.

AI Training Data

The “Contribute to training” button is the only way content from your account enters our training data: images you do not contribute, their prompts, your reference uploads and your videos are never used for training. When you use the “Contribute to training” button on an image you generated, you opt in to that image, its prompt and generation metadata being copied to a separate dataset and used to train and improve our AI models. Your identity is pseudonymized (a one-way hash; no email or raw account id is stored alongside the data). This applies only to images you actively contribute and is fully optional. Because the contribution is anonymized and merged into model training data, it is permanent and cannot be individually withdrawn once submitted.

Data Transfer

Payment data is processed within the EU by Finby. Some diagnostic data is transferred to the USA (Sentry). Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) used for GDPR compliance.

18+ only. No data knowingly collected from minors.
