1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing Yiff AI (https://yiff-ai.com), you agree to these Terms. All content is AI-generated and synthetic; no real persons are depicted. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our service. 
 

2. Use of Service

• AI furry image generator (Yiff/SFW).
• 18+ only worldwide. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• No geo-restrictions. 
   

3. Payment and Access

• Payments are processed securely via Finby. Access is sold one period at a time. When you subscribe you choose how your plan renews: manually or automatically. With manual renewal no card is stored and nothing is charged automatically.
• No refunds after first generation. By generating your first image, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
• Video credits. Once used for a completed video generation, video credits are non-refundable, including when the result does not meet your expectations in Semi-auto or Manual mode. Credits are automatically restored only when the generation fails. This restoration returns video credits to your account; it is not a monetary refund. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
• With manual renewal there is nothing to cancel: your access simply ends at the end of the paid period unless you choose to purchase again.
• Automatic renewal. You may choose automatic renewal when you subscribe, or switch it on later from your billing settings. It is never on unless you choose it. The trial plan never renews automatically. While it is on, you authorise us to store your card with our payment provider and to charge it for each new period at the plan's regular price shown at the time, until you turn it off. A coupon or introductory discount applies to the first payment only. The charge is made three days before your current period ends, and the new period starts when the current one ends. We will email you at least three days before each charge, and you may turn automatic renewal off at any time from your billing settings; doing so stops all future charges but does not refund a period already paid for. If a charge is declined we will retry a small number of times over the following days, and automatic renewal switches itself off if it keeps failing.

4. User Conduct

• You agree to use the service for legal purposes only.
• The following content is strictly prohibited: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), deepfakes of real persons, harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence, terrorism-related content, and any other content that violates applicable laws.
• Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Generated Content

• Full unlimited rights to user: You may use generated images for any purpose, including commercial use, sale, and merchandise.
• Prohibited content: CSAM, deepfakes of real persons, real-world violence and snuff. AI filters are active to prevent such content.
• Fictional gore and blood are allowed, but such images are always kept private: they never appear in the public gallery and cannot be published.
• Any illegal images will be deleted and the user will be banned.
• Storage: All access is paid; there is no free tier. Generated images are retained for your plan’s retention period and remain available while your subscription stays active (upgrading extends retention). You can choose to make your images public or private.
• We do not share your content with third parties.
• AI training happens only through the “Contribute to training” button: the only content from your account that is ever used to train or improve our AI models is an image you generated yourself and submit with the “Contribute to training” button, together with its prompt and generation metadata. Nothing else from your account is used for training: not the images you do not contribute, not their prompts, not your reference uploads and not your videos. Contributing is entirely optional. A contribution is copied in anonymized form (no email or account identifier attached) into a separate training dataset; because it is merged into model training data, it is permanent and cannot be individually withdrawn - only contribute images you are comfortable sharing permanently.

6. Intellectual Property

• Generated images: You own full rights to your generated images. Yiff AI does not claim any ownership.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee image quality, originality, or uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yiff AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from user-generated content, service interruptions, or any other use of the service.

9. Modification of Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the website or by notification. Changes will take effect 30 days after posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
