Affiliate program terms

These terms govern your participation in the Yiff AI affiliate program. By enabling affiliate status on your account, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our Terms of use.

1. Eligibility

You must have a verified Yiff AI account in good standing.
You must be 18 or older.
Banned, suspended, or fraudulent accounts cannot participate.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke affiliate status at our sole discretion.

2. Commission

20% recurring commission on every successful paid subscription (initial purchase and every renewal) made by a user attributed to your referral link.
The trial plan is excluded: a referred user’s trial purchase earns no commission. Attribution is still recorded, so you earn as soon as that user moves to a standard paid plan.
Attribution window: 30 days from the first click on your referral link, first-touch.
Commissions are credited to your affiliate balance when the referred payment is captured. If that payment is later refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed and deducted from your balance, including recovery from your balance if it was already paid out.

3. Payouts

Minimum withdrawal: $20.
Requests are reviewed and paid manually by the admin team, typically within 7 working days, via the payout method (PayPal or Bitcoin) saved on your affiliate dashboard.
We may request additional verification (ID, address) for any payout over $500, per AML/KYC obligations.
You are responsible for declaring this income to your local tax authority.

4. Prohibited promotion methods

Self-referral (referring your own paid account or alts) - commissions forfeited, account banned.
Spam: unsolicited email, SMS, DM blast, comment spam, forum spam.
Misleading claims about the Service (false features, fake reviews, fake guarantees).
Bidding on Yiff AI brand keywords in paid search.
Embedding the referral link in malware, adware, or torrents.
Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of attribution manipulation.
Promotion on platforms or to audiences that violate Yiff AI’s 18+ rule.

5. Termination & clawback

We may terminate your affiliate status at any time for breach of these terms. Commissions earned through fraudulent or prohibited methods will be reversed and any payouts already made may be recovered. Independently of any breach, a commission tied to a payment that is refunded or charged back is reversed and deducted from your affiliate balance, including recovery from your balance if it was already paid out.

6. Modifications

We may update the commission rate, attribution window, minimum payout, or these terms. Material changes are announced 14 days in advance via email. Continued participation is acceptance.
