2. Use of Service
- AI furry image generator (NSFW/SFW).
- 18+ only worldwide. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- No geo-restrictions.
3. Payment and Access
- Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew.
- No refunds after first generation. By generating your first image, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
- To cancel your subscription, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal via your account settings.
4. User Conduct
- You agree to use the service for legal purposes only.
- The following content is strictly prohibited: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), deepfakes of real persons, harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence, terrorism-related content, and any other content that violates applicable laws.
- Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Generated Content
- Full unlimited rights to user: You may use generated images for any purpose, including commercial use, sale, and merchandise.
- Prohibited content: CSAM, deepfakes of real persons, extreme violence. AI filters are active to prevent such content.
- Any illegal images will be deleted and the user will be banned.
- Storage per subscription: Free = 24 hours, Premium = unlimited. You can choose to make your images public or private.
- We do not share your content with third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
- Generated images: You own full rights to your generated images. Yiff AI does not claim any ownership.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee image quality, originality, or uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yiff AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from user-generated content, service interruptions, or any other use of the service.
9. Modification of Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the website or by notification. Changes will take effect 30 days after posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
