Refund policy
Yiff AI sells digital services that are delivered immediately upon use. This page explains when refunds apply and when they do not.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Per EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from a digital service contract. However, by generating your first image, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive this 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code; Article 16 m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
When we refund
- You have not generated any image since the purchase. Email [email protected] from your account email within 14 days. We process refunds within 5 business days via Stripe.
- The service was materially broken for a sustained period (multiple hours, multiple days) that prevented you from generating despite an active sub. We will refund pro rata or extend the subscription, at our discretion.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded in full as soon as we confirm the duplicate.
When we do not refund
- After the first image generation of the billing period (per the waiver above).
- For accounts terminated due to breach of our Terms or Guidelines (e.g. CSAM, deepfakes of real people, hate, etc.).
- For dissatisfaction with AI output quality - AI generation is inherently variable; we encourage starting with our lowest tier first.
- For unused credits at the end of a billing period (credits do not roll over).
How renewal works
Access is sold as a one-time payment per period and does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel: your access simply ends at the end of the paid period unless you choose to renew by purchasing again from the pricing page.
Chargebacks
If you have a payment dispute, please contact us first — most issues resolve in under a day. Filing a chargeback without prior contact will result in account termination and may be contested with Stripe.
